Employees

All employees are provided with a contract of employment & our recruitment processes are in line with applicable employment laws. Praxis Global Alliance & its parent Praxian Global Private Limited offer market standard pay & rewards which are checked annually.

Suppliers

We make little use of services demanding unskilled labor & those services & products we do use are sourced from reputable suppliers. Our suppliers are for the most part limited to professional services, commercial real estate, staff benefits & healthcare, facility management, office equipment, & computer hardware & software. We believe that the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain is low, but we remain alert & will continue to review our processes, in respect of new & existing suppliers, & our internal policies.
