Arvind
Sankaran is a financial services leader with over two decades of
operating experience across multiple Asian markets. He currently advises
the Asian Development Bank on public and private sector finance
initiatives, following a secondment from the Government of Singapore’s
Ministry of Finance. His work focuses on enabling multilateral
institutions, institutional investors, global technology firms, and
Southeast Asian fintech startups to accelerate value creation and drive
inclusive financial impact.
Arvind has deep expertise
across retail payments, lending, and wealth management, having held
senior banking leadership roles across the region. He brings a strong
blend of operating rigor, policy exposure, and ecosystem-building
experience.
Previously,
he served as a Venture Partner at Jungle Ventures and is an active
investor and board advisor. He is also a Board Member at AFG Partners,
an Asia-focused fintech fund, and was a Fellow at raiSE, a Singapore government-supported social enterprise platform. Arvind has contributed to public–private initiatives such as SkillsFuture, helping shape future-ready talent pathways in data science and financial services.
