He has worked across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, delivering measurable impact across multiple sectors, including next gen industrials, agriculture, consumer, and chemicals. Ram has partnered with leading chemicals and agricultural clients to drive large-scale transformations and design go-to-market strategies, while also enabling manufacturing cost reduction through productivity enhancement, make-vs-buy assessments, and OEE & throughput improvements, and tech led process automation.

Ram has advised leading consumer brands on manufacturing and supply chain strategies to enhance competitiveness and operational performance. His work spans redesigning supply chain networks, implementing lean manufacturing practices, improve inventory turns, and accelerate order fulfilment, delivering higher customer satisfaction and sustainable cost savings.

Ram has also advised corporates on M&As to drive inorganic growth agenda and achieve full value potential from acquisitions.He combines pragmatic leadership with cross-sector insights and a bias for measurable outcomes, reflecting Praxis’s commitment to delivering transformation that is not only strategic on paper but also actionable and future-ready.

Prior to his current role as Partner at Praxis Global Alliance, Ram held senior positions at global consulting firms including KPMG, EY, AT Kearney, and Renoir.Outside of work, Ram enjoys discovering culinary gems with his wife and two kids and is a passionate weekend cricketer and travel planner.
