Currently serving on the Board of IDBI Bank and other listed and pre-IPO companies, Samaresh brings deep governance expertise and a global perspective shaped by leadership roles at PepsiCo, Vodafone, Accenture, and Toyota. His experience includes P&L leadership, business strategy development, and execution of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, post-merger integration, and large-scale capital and spectrum initiatives. 

A Chartered Accountant and MBA, Samaresh has led transformation journeys across India, the United States, Asia, Egypt, Russia, Latin America, and Europe. He partners with promoters and leadership teams to professionalize structures, strengthen operational rigor, and build scalable platforms for sustained growth and investor readiness.
