His work included strategic roadmap development, process re-engineering, customer journey transformation, and performance improvement initiatives. He worked closely with CXOs to translate strategy into execution through structured governance and delivery models.

Earlier in his career, Sandeep spent nearly nine years at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), working across India and the United States. He held progressive roles from Systems Engineer to Assistant Consultant, delivering enterprise technology programs and transformation initiatives. During this period, he developed deep expertise in systems implementation, analytics, cross-border program management, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
