Chandrashekhar Bhide is a cross-sector business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience spanning electric mobility, banking, financial services, payments, telecom, and technology. He is Co-founder of LithionPower, a technology venture focused on smart battery management systems, motor controllers, chargers, and battery swapping solutions for electric vehicle lithium-ion ecosystems. 

With a strong foundation in consulting, product strategy, and new business incubation, Chandrashekhar has led go-to-market initiatives, strategic alliances, financial planning, regulatory engagement, and commercial negotiations across multiple industries. He combines deep technology expertise with financial services insight, having worked extensively in payments infrastructure and banking ecosystems. 

He serves as a mentor and advisor to several technology and fintech platforms, including NASSCOM DeepTechClub, iHUB DivyaSampark at IIT Roorkee, T-Hub, Telangana AI Mission, and the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is also an empanelled trainer for NPCI, where he has trained thousands of bankers across India.
