Eaishvarya Prakash brings over a decade of leadership experience across the global generics pharmaceutical value chain. Prior to founding EaishMan Pharma, he held strategic and operational roles at Ranbaxy, including serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Managing Director.

He has led cross-functional initiatives spanning portfolio strategy, R&D, manufacturing, costing, capex, supply chain, and commercialization. Notably, he led Ranbaxy’s Global Carbapenems Program from product selection to formulation sales across 60+ international markets.

At Praxis, he supports pharmaceutical organizations in portfolio optimization, commercialization strategy, and end-to-end execution across the generics value chain.
