He brings deep expertise across the entire pharmaceutical value chain, including Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Finished Dosage Forms, product development, supply operations, and commercial strategy. 

Prior to founding EaishMan Pharma Private Limited in 2016, Maneesh spent 27 years with Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, where he held diverse leadership roles across technical, operational, and business functions. His experience covers development, manufacturing, sourcing, licensing, and global market engagement. Earlier in his career, he worked with Technofab Engineering Limited, building foundational experience in engineering and project environments.
