A leading franchise-based pre-school chain wanted perspective on: 

  • Conducting primary and secondary research to understand market sentiment, trends, and best practices in referral program design 

  • Designing the workflow, incentive structure, and payout scheme for a parent referral program 

  • Identifying technology partners that could be leveraged to implement the program seamlessly

  • Parent research: Conducted 50 in-depth conversations with existing parents and 20 franchise partner interviews to understand motivating factors and incentive preferences

  • Technology evaluation: Engaged with industry participants and evaluated multiple technology partners for workflow compatibility and CRM integration capability 

  • Stakeholder alignment: Aligned internal cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, technology, and operations for full-scale rollout

Delivered a research-validated incentive structure with primary research confirming parent preference for instant discounts per referral alongside a recommended technology partner and a five-step WhatsApp-based referral workflow connecting existing parents, potential parents, and the enrollment team.
