A large multilateral organization wanted to understand impact of its education program: 

  • Whether the program was improving real post-school outcomes, not just participation rates 

  • How outcomes varied compared to similar student cohorts not covered by the program 

Approach 

  • Assessment framework design: Designed a multi-dimensional framework covering academic readiness, transition outcomes, employability preparedness, and social impact 

  • Performance diagnostics: Conducted student-level and school-level diagnostics including academic progression, completion indicators, transition pathways, and life skills readiness 

  • Primary data collection: Gathered data through surveys, stakeholder interviews, and school leadership discussions across program sites  

Praxis Delivered 

Delivered a multi-dimensional impact assessment with robust counterfactual analysis, enabling the organization to clearly attribute post-school outcomes to program interventions rather than participation alone. Identified specific levers to strengthen employability and transition effectiveness and supported informed decisions on program scaling and redesign.
